Acceptance of terms

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Not affiliated with ArtCraft

This site is an independent, unofficial service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the ArtCraft team or the official PhotoCraft project. ArtCraft, PhotoCraft and related names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility and context.

The service

We offer free browser-based photo editing tools and optional AI editing features. Some features require an account. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain extra free AI edits.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the results you create. You grant us a limited license to process your photos only to provide the service. When you use an AI feature, your photo and prompt are also processed by our third-party AI provider under its own terms, which may allow it to retain them and use them to improve its models; see the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to edit every photo you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Edit photos you do not have the rights to, or remove watermarks or copyright notices from other people's work.
• Create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, harassment, or deceptive impersonation of real people.
• Use bots or scripts to abuse the free tier, or try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits and payments

• AI edits use credits. The number of credits each feature uses is shown on the site.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire while the service operates.
• Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Each period grants a set number of credits; unused subscription credits reset when the period ends.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your remaining credits until the current period ends.
• When you hold both kinds of credits, credits that expire sooner are used first.
• If an AI edit fails, the credits for that edit are returned automatically.
• Because credits are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, email support@photocrafter.app and we will review it.

AI results

AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review results before using them. You are responsible for how you use the images you create.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Keep your own copy of important photos.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
