Overview

This policy explains what information we collect when you use our online photo editor, how we use it, and the choices you have. This site is an independent service and is not affiliated with the ArtCraft team or the official PhotoCraft project.

Photos you edit

• Basic edits stay on your device. Cropping, rotating, flipping, resizing and format conversion run entirely in your browser. These photos are never uploaded to our servers.
• AI edits. When you use an AI feature, your photo and text prompt are sent through our servers to a third-party AI provider (currently Agnes AI), which generates the result. We use them only to produce your edit.
• How the AI provider handles them. The provider processes your photo and prompt under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. Those terms may allow it to keep what it receives and to use it to improve its AI models. We do not control that processing, and we do not promise that your photos will not be used for model training. If this matters to you, use only the basic editing tools, which never upload your photo.
• What we keep. Our servers do not store your photos or AI results: each photo is passed to the provider, the result is returned to you, and neither is saved. We do keep a record of each AI edit, including when it happened, the text prompt you wrote and whether it succeeded, for billing, abuse prevention and support. We do not sell your photos or prompts.

Account information

If you sign in, for example with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to run your account, keep track of your free daily AI edits and purchased credits, and send essential service emails.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. We keep a record of your orders and credit balance.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can block these cookies in your browser.

Abuse prevention

To protect the free tier, we may log IP addresses and use bot protection, such as Cloudflare Turnstile.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data at any time by emailing support@photocrafter.app. Deleting your account removes your profile and remaining credits.

Children

This service is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new update date.
