Refund Policy

Overview

Basic photo editing on PhotoCrafter is free. You only pay for AI edits, through credit packs or subscriptions. This page explains what happens if something goes wrong with a purchase.

Credits are delivered immediately

Credits are added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because they are delivered and usable right away, purchases are generally non-refundable once the credits have been added.

When we will refund

Email us and we will review your request if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you were charged but the credits did not arrive and we cannot fix it;
• you were charged in error, for example after cancelling a subscription before its renewal date.

Failed AI edits

If an AI edit fails, the credits for that edit are returned to your balance automatically. A failed free edit does not count towards your free edits. You do not need to contact us.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
• After you cancel, you keep your remaining credits until the current period ends.
• We do not refund the current period after you cancel. Unused subscription credits reset when the period ends.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@photocrafter.app with the email address you used to sign up and the order number or receipt. We will reply with our decision.

If we approve a refund, it is returned to your original payment method by the payment provider, and the credits from that order are removed from your balance. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Payment provider

Payments made through Waffo Pancake are processed by Waffo as the seller of record. Waffo may handle refund and chargeback requests under its own terms. Contact us first, and we will point you to the right place if the request has to go through Waffo.
